The Experience

In order to get the images that really show you, I have to know you. We’ll start with a ‘getting to know you’ meeting at my studio (or virtual, via Zoom), where I can learn about your family or event, the photographs you envision, and where they will be displayed in your home. I have many examples in my studio which may provide inspiration.

Once I get a sense of what you are looking for, I will help you select a location, plan a wardrobe, and schedule a session time that works of you. I will guide you through every step so that it’s a stress-free experience for your whole family.

When it comes to the photography session itself, your family may not realize that it is a formal sitting. My assistants and I will help you feel natural in the setting, engage your children in playful ways, and create the environment that allows you to shine.  We will also follow all COVID-safe requirements, including wearing masks and staying distant.

When your images are ready, we will have a viewing session at my studio. You will leave with a smart-phone app of your favorite images, as well as my recommendations for products based on how you would like to keep or display your photographs.

I strongly believe in a no-pressure customer experience.  I do not have any order ‘minimum requirements’, nor do I have order deadlines.  I am here as your consultant, to understand your wishes, capture images that you will love, and guide you toward making wise investments in photography products that you will cherish for years.
